To view release notes for PrismHR, click any of the links in the Table of Contents. Each release is represented with a book that features the month and year. Click these books to expand product names and version numbers for the release. The most recent documents are at the top of the list. Use the Search feature to look for a specific keyword or phrase.   • Communication Hub Release Note

    PrismHR Communication Hub is a powerful, all-in-one messaging platform that enables Service Providers to communicate with employees through email, text (SMS), in-app messages, and push notifications—all from a single, unified interface. Built directly into the PrismHR platform, Communication Hub leverages employee data to create highly targeted recipient groups, allowing you to deliver smarter, more efficient communications.

    With built-in AI capabilities, Service Providers can quickly generate compelling message content and translate communications into multiple languages. This ensures communications are clear, inclusive, and impactful across diverse audiences. Whether you’re sending a company-wide announcement or a personalized text message, Communication Hub helps ensure the right message reaches the right people, at the right time, through the right channel.

    Communication Hub is available for all PrismHR accounts beginning with the January 2026 release.

PrismHR Release Highlights

The release highlights consist of the following enhancements, which consist of helpful updates to the current functionality and security improvements:

Highlight Description
RRT-6666 When users selected the Tiered Per Employee Per Pay Period option as the Unbundled Billing rule basis in the Billing Rules (Unbundled) form, the system did not count employees with a status classification of Active in the employee count to determine the Tier Level rate per employee. (This is fixed.)
