Request PTO

Employees can submit requests for time off by clicking the button in the Time Off page.

1. In the Time Off page, click Request Time Off. The Time Off Request form opens.

2. In the Basic Info tab:
a. Select the Type of paid time off you want to request.
b. Enter the Start Date of the time you want to request.
c. Enter the End Date of the time you want to request. If you are requesting only one day, enter the same date as the starting date.
d. You can enter a Comment regarding the request, if you want.
3. If you need to specify the number of hours, select the Edit Hours tab and then enter the Hours for each day.
4. Click Submit.
