Adjusting Client's Status History

Use this form to change the effective date in the client’s status history. To change the existing status of a client, see See Changing the Client Status.

Note:  Client Access Group security is enabled on this form.

To access the form, click (Back Office). Under Operations|Action, click Adjust Client Status History.

To adjust the status history of the client:

1. For Client ID, enter the client ID, or click the Client ID link to select the client whose status history needs change. The client history populates.
2. Change the Effective Date of the client status visible in the Status Code field.
Click the (x) sign beside the relevant Effective Date to remove that record from Client Status History.
You cannot remove a record if it is the only one.
3. The Status Code is read only, and shows the status of the client from the Effective Date, for example, Active, Terminated, Pending and so on.
4. Click Save to save the changes made.
5. Click Clear to clear the form.
