Maintaining EEO Ethnic Codes

Use the EEO Ethnic Codes form to maintain race and ethnicity classifications for reporting to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

To maintain EEO ethnic codes:

1.

Click the Back Office menu and select EEO Ethnic Codes under System|Change.

2.

Complete the following fields:

Field	Description
Ethnic Code	Enter or select the Ethnic Code for the race and ethnic identification, as defined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Description (English)	Enter the Ethnic Group, in English, represented by the code.
Description (Spanish)	Enter the Ethnic Group, in Spanish, represented by the code.
EEO Report Code	Select the EEO Report Code to display on the EEO-1 report.

Click Save.
