PEO Client Accounting Wildcards

Since you use the accounts set up in PEO Client Accounting Setup as a global template for all clients, fill in the specified Code and Account Format fields. PrismHR uses the four Common {type} Earn Account entry boxes to associate a general ledger account number with a PrismHR code.

Your use of a delimiter (such as a period, asterisk, or dash) in the Common {type}  Earn Account fields depends on your client’s preference or accounting package. If there is a wildcard substitution indicated, but the code’s G/L code segment is blank, the system uses the actual code instead.

You can use the following wildcards in the Common {type}  Earn Account fields:
