Configuring the Company's ESS Settings
Configure Employee Portal (EP) settings with the ESS Configuration form.
To access this form:

| 2. | From Client|Change, select Client Details. |
| 3. | Select ESS Configuration from the Actions menu. |
Configuring ESS Settings
| 1. | Complete these fields as required. |
| Field | Description |

| Allow Terminated Employees | Select if terminated employees need access to EP. |
| Company Folder Name | Enter the directory where custom files for the client are stored. |
| Links Template | Enter the template assigned to this client for the external links resource page. |

Show 1099 Option |
Select to display the 1099 field in the New Hire form. |

Display Viewed Checks |
Select to allow viewing checks in EP. |
|
Always Require Email |
Select to require email addresses in the New Hire form. |

Display PEO FSA Match |
Select to allow EP users to see flexible spending account match data. |
|
Display Employer 401k Match |
Select to allow EP users to see 401(k) match data from the employer . |
|
Display Employer Benefit Match |
Select to allow EP users to see benefit match data from the employer. |

Display Future Checks |
Select to allow users to see upcoming checks. |

Configuring Web Services
| 1. | Complete these fields as required. |
| Field | Description |

| Web Service Code | Enter the list of codes that this client offers to their employees. For example, select EVERIFY to indicate that the client is E-Verify enabled (employees in that company can undergo E-Verify). |
| State | Enter each state postal code where a client offers the listed web services. Do not enter any states if the web services apply to all states where the client does business. |
| Worksite | Enter the locations where the client offers the listed web services. Do not enter any locations if the web services apply to all client worksite locations. |
| 2. | Click Save. |
